Outdoor Capital
Partners, LLC ("OCP")
was founded with one
purpose in mind: To fund
outdoor advertising
enterprise. OCP is first
and foremost, an outdoor
advertising concern,
created as a product of
the partners' strong
appreciation of and
belief in the billboard
industry. OCP believes
that advertising markets
are best served by a mix
of not only corporations
of national scope, but
with strong
participation by locally
based independents as
well as regional
operators. With this
principal in mind, OCP
has chosen to focus on
lending to these small
and medium sized
operators. OCP is
neither a chartered bank
nor a broker of loans,
but instead a lender of
funds sourced directly
from its own partner
investment pool. Founded
on the premise that we
are "outdoor people"
first and lenders
secondly, Outdoor
Capital Partners prides
itself on its knowledge
of the industry,
particular its ability
to grasp and appreciate
those challenges and
opportunities often
presented to the small
and medium sized
operator on a daily
basis. OCP appreciates
the unique qualities
that each of these
companies brings to the
table and while we don't
have a line for these
"intangibles" on our
application, their
significance is given
weight and that is one
of the many things that
separates us from
non-outdoor lenders.
